How do I restore a subscription a Tampa Bay Lightning purchase?

If your subscription is not being recognized, you can try restoring your purchase directly within the app.

  1. Open the website or app.

  2. Go to Login and enter your email address.

  3. Follow the prompts to log in.

  4. Navigate to Account Settings > Subscription.

  5. On the plan page, scroll to the bottom and click Restore Purchase

  6. Follow the steps provided.
