You must cancel your subscription on the same platform where you originally subscribed. If you don’t see a cancel subscription option, your subscription was likely made through a third party (Apple, Google). Please cancel directly through them:
Website: Go to My Account > Manage Subscription > Cancel Subscription.
Apple: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions. Cancel via Apple
Google Play: Open the Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions. Cancel via Google
