1. How to use DVR Controls (Crucial) To use these features, you must select the specific Game Tile (e.g., "Lightning vs. [Opponent]" from the home screen or schedule.
Note: Do not use the main "Watch Live" or linear channel button. That is a continuous 24/7 feed (like cable TV) and does not support rewinding or pausing.
2. Understanding the "Live Buffer" Our system uses a temporary cache for live streams, not a permanent hard drive recording.
Buffer Limit: You can scrub back approximately 2 hours on the live timeline.
Pausing: If you pause the live stream for an extended period (usually more than 10 minutes), the buffer may time out. When you press play, the app may force you back to the "Live" moment to re-establish the connection.
